Accelerate Women is a platform dedicated to empowering women through leadership, entrepreneurship, and capacity-building initiatives, founded by Bernice Fernandes, CEO of Accelerate Business Group and Executive Director of Accelerate Foundation. Our work connects women to opportunities, networks, and growth platforms across Africa and beyond.

Across our summits, forums, and masterclasses, we've reached over 5,000 women — including 400+ at our most recent Executive Summit alone. Next stop: the Accelerate Women East Africa Summit, coming to Nairobi in December 2026.
